Position: Life Enrichment Coordinator

Location: CountryHouse 1 in Lincoln, NE

Days: Tuesday-Saturday

  • Create Fun & Engaging Activities: Help residents, like someone’s grandma or grandpa, stay active by organizing and encouraging participation in enriching activities—treating them like your own family!

  • Be a Team Player: Contribute to making our community feel like home. You’ll jump in wherever needed to support your team.
  • Plan Exciting Outings: Organize adventures and trips for residents to explore the community and beyond.
  • Drive Residents Safely: Drive our company bus or car to help residents experience their favorite outings.
  • Use Tech to Engage: Be comfortable using a computer and sharing the fun on social media.
  • Be Professional & Compassionate: Demonstrate integrity, commitment, and compassion every day.

Who We’re Looking For:
If you’re passionate about making a difference and enjoy creating memorable experiences for others, this role is for you! We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a positive attitude and a zest for life they can share with residents.
  • Thrives in a family-owned company and wants to grow their career.
  • Is excited to create remarkable moments for both residents and co-workers.
  • Can communicate clearly in English to work seamlessly with residents and team members.
  • Is ready to have fun while bringing joy to those around them!
  • Meets the following additional qualifications:
    • Minimum of 21 years old
    • Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than two violations within the past year)
    • Able to learn to drive a passenger van and ensure safe transportation
    • Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
