In this role, you’ll lead the entire operation of the community, managing staff, overseeing financials, and building relationships with residents' families and loved ones. You will also play a key role in fostering community involvement and sharing Agemark's story locally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Connect with families, residents, and service providers to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Team Leadership: Foster a teamwork-driven environment by mentoring and empowering staff. You'll lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management, and ensure staff feel supported.
- Community Management: Maintain excellent service delivery across all areas, promoting our award-winning personalized care.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and census levels while working closely with marketing and corporate teams to ensure ethical use of funds.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other Agemark properties and support teams nationwide to implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in senior living management or a related field is required.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing teams and budgets.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with technology, including MS Office 365 and other web-based tools.
- Problem-solving: Strong planning and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to engage with team members, families, and the local community.
