What You’ll Do:

• Work part-time, daytime hours

• Handle general repairs, respond to maintenance requests, and assist in emergencies

• Use your skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more

• Prep rooms for new residents and support building safety inspections

• Occasionally help with resident outings and appointments
