Now Hiring: Part-Time Life Enrichment Assistant

What You'll Do:

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging daily activities and monthly calendars

• Encourage resident participation and use memory-enhancing techniques

• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for activities

• Foster relationships with residents, families, and local organizations

• Coordinate special events and recognition days

• Provide safe transportation for outings and appointments

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months of experience in assisted living or senior care preferred

• Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to learn to drive a passenger van

• Strong English communication skills

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

• A warm personality, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
