What You’ll Do:

• Support residents with daily living activities (ADLs)

• Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment

• Participate in and encourage fun, meaningful activities

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

• Communicate clearly and collaborate with the care team
