What You’ll Do:

• Administer medications using your 40-hour Medication Aide certification

• Track medications electronically and follow dosage guidelines

• Observe and report side effects or resident concerns

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families

• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
