What You’ll Do:

• Administer medications using your 40-hour Medication Aide certification

• Accurately document medications using electronic systems

• Observe and report changes in resident health and well-being

• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
