We're looking for a hands-on, dependable Maintenance Worker ready to help keep our building safe, comfortable, and running smoothly—just like you'd want for your own family.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to maintenance requests and perform general repairs

• Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and basic carpentry tasks

• Prepare rooms for new residents and maintain a clean, safe environment

• Support safety inspections and coordinate with outside contractors as needed

• Assist residents with minor fix-it needs and help with outings or appointments

• Follow all safety procedures and building compliance standards
