Now Hiring: Life Enrichment Assistant (Part-Time)

Your Role:

• Create and post engaging monthly calendars and daily activity schedules

• Encourage residents to participate and use reminiscence techniques to spark joy

• Keep activity areas and equipment clean, safe, and organized

• Promote positive relationships with residents, families, and community groups

• Coordinate special events and recognition days that align with our community values

• Transport residents to local appointments and outings (training provided)

What You Bring:

• At least 6 months of experience in assisted living or senior care preferred

• Strong English communication skills

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no more than two violations in the past year)

• Ability to learn to drive a passenger van

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• A positive attitude, respect for confidentiality, and a strong sense of teamwork
