We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Worker who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and safely—just like you’d want for your own family.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to maintenance requests and make timely repairs

• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and boiler systems

• Prepare rooms for incoming residents and maintain shared spaces

• Assist with safety inspections and coordinate with vendors and contractors

• Help with resident support, including outings or appointments

• Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols and compliance standards
