What You’ll Do:

• Administer medications accurately using your 40-hour Medication Aide certification

• Track medications in the system and monitor for side effects

• Assist residents with daily living activities

• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide exceptional care

• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members

• Work collaboratively and follow safety standards and care protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Current 40-hour Medication Aide certification

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• A positive attitude, high integrity, and reliability

• Willingness to be coached and grow professionally

• Availability to work every other weekend
