NOW HIRING: Part-Time Evening Medication Aide in Cedar Rapids, IA
Use your 40-hour Medication Aide certification to understand dosage and terminology to help residents
Utilize your computer skills to accurately track medications in our system
Engage with residents through activities while observing and reporting any side effects or concerns
Assist with daily living activities with a willingness to be coached
Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members
Positive attitude, integrity, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills
A desire to grow your career with a family-owned company
A commitment to building meaningful connections with residents, families, and coworkers
Per Iowa law, Medication Aides must complete a department-approved medication aide or medication manager course and pass the required exam before administering medications. A licensed healthcare professional must also assess competency before beginning this responsibility.
