As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you’ll help create unforgettable experiences for our residents by:
Designing and posting engaging monthly activity calendars and daily schedules.
Encouraging and inspiring resident participation, using reminiscence techniques to spark joy.
Keeping activity spaces and equipment clean, safe, and welcoming.
Fostering meaningful connections among residents, families, and the community.
Planning and coordinating special events and celebrations.
Safely transporting residents to outings and appointments (local knowledge a plus).
Experience in assisted living or senior care (6 months preferred).
Strong English communication skills.
At least 21 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no more than two violations in the past year).
Ability to learn/passenger van driving.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Personal qualities of confidentiality, integrity, teamwork, and compassion.
