We’re looking for an Office Manager to support CountryHouse Lincoln on S 25th St and serve as a key resource for staff and leadership. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth office operations, provide employee support, and help create an efficient, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily office operations, maintain records, process invoices, and handle deposits

• Assist staff with policies, paperwork, benefits enrollment, and onboarding processes

• Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support hiring tasks

• Manage offer letters, background checks, orientations, and ensure training completion

• Maintain personnel files, manage worker’s comp reports, and ensure compliance

• Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for staff, families, and visitors

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in office administration, HR support, or a related role (preferred)

• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
