Make a Difference as a Life Enrichment Coordinator at Agemark Senior Living!

As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our community, making every day brighter for residents. You’ll:
Create Fun & Engaging Activities: Plan programs that spark laughter, creativity, and connection—helping residents feel alive, valued, and included.
Build Personal Connections: Discover each resident’s passions and life story, then bring those memories and dreams to life through activities designed just for them.
Be a Team Player: Work side-by-side with your coworkers to make the community feel like home for everyone.
Plan & Lead Outings: Organize special trips and adventures that keep residents connected to the world beyond our doors.
Drive Residents Safely: Provide transportation with care, ensuring every outing is enjoyable from start to finish.
Use Tech to Connect: Share the fun on social media and capture moments that families will treasure.
Lead with Warmth: Every interaction is guided by compassion, professionalism, and a genuine love for seniors.
We’re searching for someone who:
Brings energy, positivity, and a zest for life that residents can feel.
Has a heart for seniors and a passion for creating meaningful moments.
Communicates clearly and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
Holds a valid driver’s license with a safe record (no more than two violations in the past year).
Is able to learn to drive a passenger van.
Is flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed.
