We’re looking for a hard-working, hands-on Full-Time Maintenance Worker who’s ready to help keep our building in top shape—just like you’d want for your own family.
Work full-time, daytime hours (schedule provided during interview).
Keep the building safe and running smoothly by responding to maintenance requests, making repairs, and assisting with emergencies.
Use your skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and more.
Prep and refresh rooms for new residents, ensuring everything is in excellent condition.
Support safety inspections, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
Assist residents with outings and appointments when needed.
Follow safety protocols and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
