We’re hiring a Full-Time Culinary Services Manager—a role where you’ll make a meaningful impact every day without late nights or weekends.
Create memorable dining experiences for residents daily.
Build strong connections with residents, families, and staff by learning their preferences and needs.
Make our community feel like home by offering flexible dining options.
Serve as the executive chef, overseeing the full dining program.
Host engaging food-centered events and social activities.
Lead, mentor, and train dining staff to deliver exceptional service.
Step in for meal preparation at least 4 days per week.
Drive our company vehicle as needed (good driving record required).

Experience leading and managing a culinary/dining team.
Several years of experience overseeing dining operations.
A positive, team-oriented mindset and the desire to grow in a family-owned company.
A true passion for providing seniors with high-quality dining experiences.
