At The Terraces at Via Verde in San Dimas, an Agemark Senior Living Community, we’re all about making every day special for our residents. Now we’re looking for a Full-Time Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team and help bring joy and meaningful moments to our community.
Create and post monthly activity calendars and daily schedules.
Encourage resident engagement, using reminiscence techniques to spark connection and joy.
Keep activity areas and equipment clean, safe, and well-organized.
Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
Plan and coordinate special events and recognitions.
Provide safe transportation for outings and appointments (local knowledge a plus).
6+ months of experience in assisted living or senior care (preferred).
Strong English communication skills.
Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no more than 2 violations in the past year).
Ability to learn to drive a passenger van.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Personal qualities: integrity, confidentiality, and teamwork.
