What You’ll Do

• Greet & Serve Residents: Take orders, serve meals, and ensure every dining experience is enjoyable.
• Promote Nutrition & Choice: Encourage healthy, balanced meals and accommodate dietary needs.
• Keep It Clean & Organized: Clear tables, assist with dishwashing, and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Support Food Prep: Help prep meals, restock supplies, and assist the culinary team as needed.
• Engage in Community Activities: Participate in events, social gatherings, and special dining experiences.
• Live Our Values: Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, commitment, and compassion in all interactions.

Who You Are

• Previous experience as a server, in a kitchen, or in hospitality is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Flexible and available to work weekends and varying shifts.
• A team player who enjoys creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere.
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors.
