Agemark Senior Living, recognized by Fortune as one of the Best Workplaces for Aging Services, is seeking a Regional Senior Living Sales Director to support communities across Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, and Maryland.

Key Details

Location: Omaha area – candidates must live within 50 miles. We are seeking someone familiar with the nuances of this region to effectively support our communities.
Region: NE, IA, ND, MD
Travel: Up to 75%
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus incentive program (salary will be discussed during the interview process)
Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record – this will be verified during screening


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coach sales teams across multiple states, providing onsite and virtual guidance.

  • Drive occupancy goals (95%+) through effective sales, marketing, and outreach strategies.

  • Partner with Executive Directors to identify challenges and implement growth plans.

  • Support community outreach, events, and marketing campaigns to increase qualified leads.

  • Develop and monitor KPIs and marketing initiatives for each community.

  • Serve as interim Sales Consultant when needed, managing tours and CRM data.

  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training sales professionals.

  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales on strategy, problem-solving, and performance initiatives.


What You Bring

  • Required: Proven sales experience in senior living — applicants without industry experience will not be considered.

  • Strong leadership or people management background (even though this position has no direct reports).

  • Operational experience in senior housing is highly preferred and will set candidates apart.

  • Understanding of occupancy goals, marketing ROI, and KPIs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 75%.

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
