Annual salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.

Agemark Senior Living is hiring an Executive Director for one of our communities in the Greater Omaha region. We’re looking for a leader who understands what it takes to guide a team, support residents and families, and build a positive culture.
This is a great role for someone who can bring both compassion and strong operational leadership to a community.
What You’ll Do
• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure residents receive excellent care and support.
• Mentor, coach, and develop your team while creating a dependable, engaged work environment.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Work closely with sales and manage budgets to support census and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and uphold Agemark’s standards for care and service.
• Represent the community within the Greater Omaha area and maintain positive local connections.
What We’re Looking For
• Leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience working in or overseeing memory care, assisted living, or independent living is helpful.
• A steady, approachable leader who can support staff and hold them accountable.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with MS Office 365 and web-based systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience managing people and budgets.
Compensation
Annual salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
