Sales Director

Department: Marketing
Location: Omaha, NE

Sales Director – Senior Living
Location: Astoria in Omaha, NE
Schedule: 9am-5pm M-F but may have tours on the weekend.

Compensation: $55k-$65k plus bonus

What You’ll Do

  • Build trust with families and help them navigate senior living options with honesty and compassion.

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through outreach, tours, follow-up, and creative events.

  • Showcase our community through engaging experiences that highlight our culture and quality of care.

  • Guide families through the decision-making process with empathy while confidently asking for the close.

  • Partner with our Executive Director, Health & Wellness Director, and other team members to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

  • Communicate with the team about tours, move-ins, paperwork, and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assist in all areas as needed, including completing move-in paperwork, coordinating resident service agreements, and supporting community events.

  • Represent the community at networking events, referral partner visits, and outreach opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales-minded & people-focused: You love seniors, but you also understand the art of prospecting, follow-up, and closing.

  • Collaborative & team-oriented: You work well with other leaders and team members, openly communicate, and are willing to step in wherever help is needed.

  • Experience in sales: Senior living is a plus, but we’re open to strong closers from other industries (hospitality, multifamily housing, healthcare, etc.).

  • Relationship builder: You connect easily, listen well, and tailor solutions to fit unique needs.

  • Organized & driven: You track activity, manage leads, and follow through consistently.

  • Flexible & hands-on: You are willing to support all aspects of the sales process and community operations.
