  • Support Team Leadership: Supervise Life Enrichment team members, train new hires, and promote collaboration across departments.
  • Coordinate Resident Transportation: Schedule and oversee safe outings, ensuring staff are trained to drive and collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams.
  • Operate with Excellence: Manage the activity budget, evaluate program success using surveys and feedback, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Partner with Sales to enhance community events and support marketing initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Passion for seniors and a desire to create meaningful, joyful experiences.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office, activity management platforms, and social media.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of Alzheimer’s or other dementias is preferred for Memory Care programs.
